Welcome to Knotting Hill! This modern cabin rental near hiking trails in Idyllwild, California, can accommodate up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home is only a 10 minute drive from town, which makes trips to restaurants or shops very easy. The home features wifi, which allows you to surf the internet, and a smart TV where you can stream Netflix, Hulu, or your other favorite streaming service! The home also has board games which make family game night super fun. Cuddle up by the living room fireplace and play board games with your group!
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, all necessary cookware and tableware, and more.
The home boasts a large, spacious deck that is fully fenced in and has plenty of outdoor seating. After a long day of hiking, you can take a dip in the spa or grill some burgers on the gas BBQ. The deck is also a great spot to do some yoga or meditation in the morning.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 002036

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, we no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
