Staff was great from start to finish! The home was in wonderful condition. Very private, clean, full of amenities, and the views are stunning.

Idyllwild is a hidden treasure and staying at the dome was the absolutely perfect accommodation for friends and I celebrating my fiancés birthday! The view from every window was breathe-taking! Especially watching the sunset in the jacuzzi. The location was secluded but still close to downtown. The entire home was decorated for Christmas, a sweet touch to a the impeccable unique home. The house was incredibly clean with heaps of linens. The rental company did an excellent job to make sure we were well taken care of.

We were all thrilled with this house and would absolutely stay here again. The house is even better in person and is spotless! Really unique property and that view is incredible. Everyone we spoke to, especially Michaela, was incredibly helpful. Best rental experience to date. Thank you all for ensuring that we had a stress free weekend. I can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our two night stay at “The View” right after Christmas Day. Loved the location close to town and the view from the deck is amazing! Really enjoyed the spa and our daughters and their spouses enjoyed playing ping pong as well!

This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend. The house has giant windows overlooking Strawberry Creek below and Suicide Rock above. An incredible location to say the least. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. The hot tub was HOT and had great jets. The Master Bedroom was hard to leave. The windows looking out at the mountain are like a massive nature TV. I could have watched the birds soar and the trees sway for hours each morning. This place is a real gem and we'll be back!

We had a FABULOUS time at Upper Rim Rock! The house was very comfortable, the deck was amazing and the overall ambiance was incredible. Can't wait to do it again!

Christmas holiday in Idylwild. Cottage was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. There was even a full size/decorated Christmas tree in the living room. Nestled among the pine trees with a large deck. Great location - easy walk to the center of town. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Place was very clean and perfect location. I've been around the place several times over the years since my mom lives across the street. We rented because we had extra family and it worked out great. I wish it was better weather, but that's how it goes. Idyllwild is a great little community. If the need arises get rent again, we certainly will.

Overall Fern Valley Cottage suited our needs just fine. We chose to have breakfast and dinner in the house and lunch at local restaurants. We enjoyed being able to spend time on the patio and enjoying the trees and the animals.

My family had a pleasant stay during our short gateway to Idyllwild. Kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub was working great, plenty of towels and overall a very a nice place. Convenient to Idyllwild hiking trails and easy to check in and out. Yard sitting area looks to be in a need of a maintenance. We didn’t use it so it did not affect our stay. Plus there is a dinning table on the patio.

We had a wonderful time at Sky Rock Lodge. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of linens. Spirit Vacations staff were all very friendly and responsive. The location was perfect; being able to walk to the creek and town was convenient. We will definitely

This home was in a great location, beautiful home very nicely decorated with all necessary amenities! We love golf and were able to get out to play, enjoyed the pool and the patio in the evenings. Will definitely be returning, thank you Spirit Vacations and to the owners!

We shared this fantastic home with another family. The house was perfect, as was the location. We all had our own private rooms, plus a spacious great room and dining area. Lots of room to cook, play games, or read on the decks. A lovely weekend!

This home is a 24 hour delight. No matter the time of day as long as the moon is out, you can step out on the deck and enjoy the beauty and quiet of the Mountains. It is close enough to the center of town to hear the activities of the day waft over the pines but not close enough to become annoyed with traffic noise. Lots of stairs to help build your leg muscles through daily living. New appliances and the staff responded quickly to any of our concerns. Lovely visit.

Close to down town and shops, we were so relaxed after lock our self up from COVID-19. This was a treat for us and my dogs.

We arrived at dusk and quickly built a fire. From the skylights above we could hear the rain and hunkered down with a couple good books from the owner’s library. We ate a pizza we bought from Fratello’s down in the village, and drifted off to sleep in the comfy bedroom upstairs. As we discovered, the downstairs has accommodations for 6 in two more bedrooms and full bath (the upstairs has a full bath as well). The skylit kitchen has every appliance and utensil imaginable, including brand new fridge and soundless dishwasher. The enormous wrap-around deck, partially under a large overhang, provided a great dog run when it was raining. The cabin is sited at the end of a private driveway, and angled for privacy. Hard to leave it a few days later, but we will be back!

Overall, I would describe our stay at the Lilac House as magical. The home has a cabin in the woods rustic feel that made us feel that we were alone in the woods despite being in the middle of a neighborhood. We spent mornings with Campfyre Coffee on the deck and evenings in the hot-tub watching the stars. My only complaints were the lack of curtains on the front windows, and some windows didn't open or needed to be propped to stay open but, added to the rustic charm.

We had a nice, relaxing time staying at Lilac House. The fireplace was great, and the place was a good size for the 2 of us (though there is another bedroom for guests). The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, and was a very short drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house is well kept and clean and spacious. There was a foot of snow on the ground when we arrived and it made for a perfect vacation.

Great location. Walking distance to town, yet tucked away in it's own neighborhood.

Property is small but not tiny. It will be OK for a couple and feels very cozy. The private backyard isn't much, but the spa is spectacular, especially at night. The property is in a shared area with another house, so parking might be tricky if the other house has more than a couple vehicles. Just a few minutes walk from the main town area and great for star gazing or just generally relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay in this house, very good for a families with kids.

Our time at Golden Sunshine was magical. I t is a peaceful place perched on top of the mountainside. We sat on the wonderful wrap around deck and watched the sunset. We were there for a brief time but felt as if we got a lovely respite which renew and reentered us. Thank you for all that the New spirit star did to make our stay so great.

This house was perfect for our family of four with plenty of room to spare. The house is bigger than you would think with many balconies and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the views. Everything was in working order and immaculate. The management company was very responsive. They were even able to deliver an order of wood even though it was less than 3 days notice as required. They went above and beyond. We have told family and friends what a great home it was and the location was perfect. A 15 min walk to town and secluded from other neighbors. We will definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at Idyllwild. It is a beautiful village with lots of hiking trails around. The cabin was great – spacious, clean, and had more than we expected. The jacuzzi, after long hikes, was delightful. We liked that we could walk to the center of the village within 10 min. The village offers art galleries, gift shops, and excellent restaurants. Our kids loved the painting ceramics class. Two hours away from LA is an easy drive and a great place to visit.

This darling cabin is nestled among the pines, right next to a running stream- couldn't have asked for a more tranquil and beautiful setting! We thoroughly enjoyed the setting and the ability to walk into town was a bonus. Cabin had all the amenities one could want....highly recommend this beautiful home! One thing to note- we were in Idyllwild when the temps were unusually high (95 degrees!). There is no AC in this cabin; however, I will say because of its location, the cabin remained cool and the evenings were very comfortable. The cabin had several large fans available, as well.

Everything was perfect: From the comfortable and well-equipped house, to the spectacular view, to the awesome hot tub. The people from New Spirit Vacation Homes were cordial, available and very accommodating on check-in and check-out times.

This property was clean and beautifully maintained. They had all the amenities you need to stay as your home away from home. The hot tub was a great way to relax and hang out after hiking too. The only thing we would say is that the mattresses need to be updated in all bedrooms. They were either to firm or soft.

This house was wonderful. It fit 16 people perfectly, and had most everything we could have needed! I highly recommend this place for anyone hosting a retreat or that has a big family. The stove wasn't working, and the hot tub was also not heating up all the way which was a bummer. I would definitely check right when you get there to make sure the hot tub works.

I lead a weekend Yoga retreat at the Pinnacle location. The home is so beautiful. Spectacular views and walking distance from the main village. New Spirit was accessible 24/7 and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we felt cared for. I will DEFINITELY work with this company again and have already recommended them to other facilitators.

We had a very nice time. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. We would love to stay there again.

Great vacation home

Enjoyed this cabin very much. It was spacious and easily fit 7 people. The Jacuzzi was a plus! Very quiet neighborhood.

It was simply fantastic! I work 11 hours a day, 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays and Sundays. Needless to say it was a much needed rest for me. To be one with Mother Nature was fantastic. The accommodations provided everything we needed. We will certainly book again direct (New Spirit) this time to save added charges.

We had 5 wonderful days to spend with our 2 dogs and older kids. They delivered wood for us and the home provided all necessary needs to stay in the best comfort. The balcony view was amazing! Watched the hawks screech and soar right over our heads. The home doorways was blessed and we felt warm and protected. The tub is in the floor which was weird but cool! The loft bedroom again wake up to a beautiful sunrise over looking the mountain trees and some snow. This is our 2nd time with Spirit. Love love love it!!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The moment you walk in you are blown away by the view. It gets even better when you walk up to the master bedroom. Definitely coming back. The house is a little old, but everything works great.

We were impressed by this home the moment we drove up and the good impressions kept coming as we entered. It’s a beautiful place fully equipped with all the items you need to enjoy your stay. The unit was spotless and so well decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything down to spices and olive oil. The jacuzzi was great and private, we used it everyday. The lot is large and we enjoyed watching the rabbits, squirrels and many birds. The bbq worked well too. We did lots of walking the neighborhood and also into town most days. It was a lovely stay.

This was such a beautiful cabin. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything I needed to cook, and the backyard was beautiful. The house was very, very clean but it was super evident they have a dog. Totally fine by us as we are not allergic. Lots of dog hair. Otherwise this was hands down the best house we have ever rented in Idyllwild, and we visit about 4-5 times a year.

Our family spent time between Christmas and New Year at the home. Everyone had a good time. We were a little caught off guard when the anticipated snow flurries turned into quite a blanket of snow and we weren’t able to get our All Wheel Car out of the driveway and down the hill without sliding. Fortunately a guy named Kevin, on the snow assist list available from the rental company, came and dug us out for a reasonable price. The rooms were a bit cold even though there are a number of portable heaters, but they also provide a lot of blankets. The kitchen has most items you would need, including a crock pot, pans, baking utensils and plenty of plates, bowls, etc. The coffee pot had some issues in draining the water through the filter, but we made it work. All in all, a lovely home. We may try again during summer months when we can take greater advantage of the outdoor decking. Finally, the work working features throughout the home are amazing.

We got lost because we didnt follow staff instructions ��‍♀️ but after finding the home we were over the moon with this house!! Has a well stocked game room which served us well as I have children, I HARDLY SAW THEM ALL WEEKEND!!!! Talk about a VACATION ��. The upstairs living area has a beautiful LARGE sectional and VIDEO GAMES!!! Hardly saw my husband all weekend: SCORE!!! jk, the house is well stocked and beautiful. The views were amazing, although finding it was a bit of a mission but totally worth it! One thing though, on our last day my daughter found herself face to face with a small mouse. I spoke with the management company and suggested they move the location on their trashcans as it came in through where those cans are. Overall, AWESOME HOUSE, would consider going back if the EXTRA guest isnt occupying it, ha ha ha.
