The property is on a historical dairy farm built in the late 1920s. The home has been thoughtfully decorated to give a luxurious and appealing ambiance while maintaining the integrity and history of the property as a dairy farm. The living room has a beautiful large fireplace that is perfect for snuggling up near and spending some quality time. The kitchen is very large and stocked with all the essentials one could need, as well as novelty items such as a popcorn maker. When staying at the manor, you will see 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and a 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed, just off of the main living area. There is 1 more twin bed in the 2nd living area with access from the hall or doors to the living room/entrance. The home is huge and has many cool rooms to explore and utilize, such as a meditation room, a sunroom, a closed-in patio deck, and more. The property is only a few blocks from town. The property's grounds are extensive, with seating areas and gardens around the home.

This vacation rental is equipped with mini split air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, we no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
