Rates & Payments:
When booking our homes online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: Debit or any major Visa, MasterCard or Discover and American Express.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. Pets are considered for an additional fee. Must inquire for more details and approval.
Linen/Prep fee $250.

Guests under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $1000 on the day of arrival.

“I stayed at this beautiful estate with my girlfriends and everyone absolutely loved it. It is just a pictured on the photos - luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The property is also very picturesque, we had a lot of fun going on mini-hikes around the house. Check-in and out was easy and the host were accommodating. Would love to stay again!

Weekend Getaway in Temecula, California

“While it's a wonderful weekend getaway a little over an hour from Los Angeles, there were a few things that deterred us. The most prominent obstacle was the check-in process. Once you drive up into the hills where the property is situated, there is completely no signal. We drove thirty minutes in only to find out that we were stuck on "SOS" and the only way to check into the property was to call the number listed at the front gate. While I do understand that it's for security purposes, phone companies might not have any cell service out in these hills, I believe that the check-in process should be handled differently. What we did was we had to drive back out in order to make the phone call to check into the property. From there, we were directed to a third-party, who had to then contact our property manager to text us the codes for the gate and front door, which took at least twenty minutes for us to receive the text, further wasting our time. To overcome this obstacle for future guests, I believe that on the day of check-in, you send the guest the codes an hour or two prior to check-in in order to avoid this problem because the entire ordeal of checking in took a frustrating least an hour and you should warn on your listing property that the area has completely no cell service. One other thing was that the WiFi wasn't too strong and was spotty in specific areas of the house, such as the living room and upstairs area. If the house caters up to ten guests, you'd expect the house's WiFi to be able to support at least ten or more devices, but it was quite spotty juggling all of our devices. Additionally, while a gorgeous door, the sliding door for the hallway bathroom was pretty problematic for privacy reasons. A final thing was the size of the fridge; given that the house can hold up to ten guests, the fridge was unusually shallow and we struggled to fit all of our food for the weekend into the fridge for ten guests, so a bigger and deeper fridge would be appreciated.
