Welcome to Hidden Oaks! Nestled in tall oak and pine trees, this home is perfect for groups that want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a weekend away from it all.
The home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The first and second bedrooms have aa day bed with a trundle that can convert into a king-sized bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a loft-style bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs as well, which is accessed through the outdoor balcony and has a double bed.
Located in a tranquil and peaceful neighborhood at the end of Cul de Sac, this private mountain home is nestled among tall oak and cedar trees. Experience tranquility with tree views from every window and tall cathedral windows that make the house light and bright—just a 15-minute walk from Idyllwild Arts Academy. The property is perfect for outdoor entertainment, with front and back decks and a patio platform. Pets are welcome and can enjoy the large fenced backyard. Plenty of storage is available beneath the house. 65" Smart TV and high-speed fiber optic internet are included, making it ideal for working from home—central heating and a wood-burning stove.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:
- Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.
- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.
- Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.
- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.
- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
